SecureBySunday is a product of Northslate LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Northslate LLC, and it is the party you're contracting with when you buy the Sunday Sprint — including the payment, which is processed to that entity under the SecureBySunday name.

SecureBySunday provides educational content: a self-assessment quiz and a course about common security gaps in AI-assisted ("vibe-coded") applications. It is not a professional security audit, not a penetration test, not legal advice, and not a guarantee of any security outcome.
No course can make software unhackable, and we'd rather say that plainly than let anyone buy on a misunderstanding. Finishing the Exposure Check or the Sunday Sprint doesn't certify your app as secure, and it doesn't make us responsible for what happens to it: we're not liable for security incidents, data loss, or damages arising from your application, before or after you use our materials. The quiz scores only what you tell it — we never scan, probe, or connect to your systems, so nothing here is an audit of your actual code.
Apply the material only to systems you own or are authorized to test. The audit prompts and checklists are for securing your own applications — not for probing anyone else's.
The Exposure Scan will only be run against an application you own, or that you have written permission from the owner to check. Every scan requires you to confirm this, and that confirmation is a term of this agreement, not a formality: by submitting a URL you represent that it is true.
Submitting somebody else's application is a breach of these terms and may also be a criminal offence where you or the target are located. We may refuse, rate-limit or block any scan for any reason, and we will cooperate with a legitimate complaint from an owner who says they never authorized one. Your indemnity below covers this specifically.
What the scan does is deliberately narrow, and we've published all of it on the methodology page: it makes ordinary web requests for pages a visitor could already load. It does not log in, query your database, or attempt to circumvent anything. It is not a penetration test and it never becomes one.
The Sunday Sprint is a one-time purchase of $39. The Sunday Review is a one-time purchase of $149 and includes the Sprint. Both are handled by Stripe, whose terms govern payment processing (we never see your card number). If you change your mind, email [email protected] within seven days and you get your money back — no form to fill in. The full refund policy spells out the timing, what happens to your access, and how the Review's refund works once written work has been delivered.
The Review is one person's written opinion about material you send us, delivered within five business days of that material arriving. It is not a penetration test, not an audit, not a certification, and not a compliance artifact — no assessor will accept it, and it does not certify anything about your application. The dated note we sign when a re-scan comes back clean says what was looked at and when, and claims nothing beyond that. Everything under "No warranties" and "Limitation of liability" below applies to the Review in full.
One payment for access to the Sunday Sprint course. There is no subscription— we don't bill you again, and there is nothing to cancel.
We commit to keeping your access working for at least 12 months from the date you buy. In practice we expect it to run far longer — 12 months is simply the part we're willing to put in writing, because we'd rather promise something we can keep than say "forever" and hope. Nothing switches off on a timer at the end of it, and if that ever changed, everyone with active access would hear it from us by email rather than by finding a dead link.
We may add material, change how the Sprint is packaged, or introduce a subscription tier later. If we do, it won't reach back to you: anything you have already paid for stays yours on the terms you bought it under, and we will not convert a one-time purchase into a recurring charge.
There are exactly two things that end your access early, and you control both: taking a refund, or redistributing the material (see below). Nothing else, and nothing by surprise.
You need to be 18 or older to buy. If you're younger than that and want the free Exposure Check, use it with a parent or guardian's permission — it's educational material, not a service that collects anything about you until you hand us an email.
The check, the course, the prompts and this site are provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the material is complete, that it covers every risk in your application, or that following it will prevent any particular incident. Security isn't a thing anyone can promise, and we'd rather write that down than imply otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northslate LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or the cost of substitute services — whether or not we were told such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to these terms, the site, or the course is capped at the greater of the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 USD. For most people that is $39, and we'd rather you know the number than discover it.
Some places don't allow these exclusions. Where that's true, they don't apply to you, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything else the law says can't be limited.
The audit prompts are powerful and they're written to be pointed at your own systems, and the same goes for the scan. If you run either against something you don't own or aren't authorized to test, that's on you: you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northslate LLC and anyone working with it from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the material, your breach of these terms, or anything you do to a system that isn't yours.
We can suspend or end your access if you redistribute or resell the material, or use it to attack systems you don't own. Those are the two things — nothing else, and nothing by surprise. If we ever end access for any other reason, you get your money back.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in Utah, and we both agree to that venue. If you're a consumer somewhere with rules that give you the right to sue locally, this doesn't take that away.
If a court decides one part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce something immediately, we haven't given up the right to. These terms plus the privacy policy and therefund policy are the whole agreement between us about the product. We may assign them to a successor entity if the business is sold or restructured; you can't assign them without asking us. We may update these terms, and if we do, the date at the top changes — a change that materially affects what you've already bought won't be applied retroactively.
Course materials are licensed for your personal use. Don't redistribute or resell them. Quoting reasonably with attribution is fine — we'd rather be cited than pirated.
The substance of these terms — education, not guarantees — will not change. If we ever revise them, the date above changes with them. Questions:[email protected].
