The Sunday Sprint is $39, paid once. If you open it and decide it isn't for you, you get your money back. There is no form, no survey, and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, any time within seven daysof purchase. Say "refund". That's the whole process.
The Sunday Review is $149 and includes the Sprint. It is refundable within seven days like everything else — and specifically, it is refundable in full any time before I've sent my written reply, even if that is later than seven days. You shouldn't be paying for work that hasn't happened yet, and the review only starts when your material reaches me, which may be weeks after you bought it.
Once the written reply has gone out, the seven-day window is the window. Ask me anyway if something went wrong — I'd rather hear about it than not.
We sell a security course to people who were already told something reassuring by a tool that turned out to be wrong. Starting that relationship with a maze of conditions would be a strange choice. If the material doesn't earn what you paid, we'd rather give it back than have you feel stuck with it.
The Sprint is digital content delivered immediately. Where local law gives you a withdrawal right beyond what's written here, that law wins — this policy is the floor, never the ceiling.
A refund is meant for people who found the Sprint wasn't for them, rather than for people who worked all the way through it first. That one runs on trust rather than on a rule, and we'd like to keep it that way.
